Not a whole lot of news today. Mom is still in the hospital, dealing with the same stuff she was dealing with yesterday. Hopefully she will be out tomorrow, but a heads up is not what this hospital is known for.<\/p>\n
She went to her radiation appointment in an ambulance today with two attendants, a nurse, and me. It would have been more fun with sirens wailing, screaming through intersections, but it was just a quiet ride. Ho-hum.<\/p>\n
I brought her her first Sonoran hotdog for lunch today and she loved it. Who wouldn’t? If you don’t know what it is, google it, read it and weep. They are only served here, as far as I know, and they are spectacular. If you live in Tucson and haven’t tried one, you have no excuse-just do it!
